The above measurements state the min-max circumference size the harness and coat can adjust to at the neck and chest.

For the Harness it is very important that you measure for point C – which run from the neck to chest measurement.  Please make sure there is space between the armpit and the end of the harness for your dogs’ comfort.

For the Coat, please include the measurement from the neck to the base of the tail....where the tail starts, not including the tail.

Tip: measurements are approximate, order a size up if you're at the end of a measurement.

XS fits our 10mm wide collar (12cm wide x 10cm drop)

If your dog does not fit into our standard sizes or you want to enquire about other fabric choices , please get in contact for a custom made order.

We aim to dispatch our orders within 1-3 working days.

Custom orders might take a day or two longer.

All orders are posted using Royal Mail's Second Class service. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Please allow 5 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your order.

EU DELIVERY via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed:

All EU orders will be £10 for postage and packaging.

USA DELIVERY via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed:

All USA orders will be £16 for postage and packaging.

PLEASE NOTE : We will not accept any responsibility for added taxes, import duties or custom charges that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK.  All these charges are payable by the customer.

You have 14 days from the date of your order being delivered to you to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused (trying it on your dog is fine, but don't let them wear it if you are unhappy)

In brand new condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging

Clean without any wear and tear

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) and we'll send you an email once your return has been processed. 

Please include your name and order details with the returned item(s).

We do thoroughly inspect every item before we ship to ensure there is no damage or fault, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order at lilypipspetgear@gmail.com with your name, description of the faulty item as well as a photo of the fault.

We recommend you return a wrong/damaged item via signed for delivery as it remains your responsibility until the order reach us.  We can not be held responsible for orders getting lost in the post.

Please ensure it is repackaged properly to avoid any damage.

Cost of return postage in the case of you ordering the wrong items is for your own account.

We can unfortunately not accept returns of items after the respective 7 or 14 days return period
